At Ship 711 we strongly believe in community support through the organization of, and participation in, local volunteer projects.
BECOME A DEL MAR YOUTH
The Del Mar, a BSA registered ship for nearly 60 years, has trained three generations of young men in all aspects of sea faring.
Ship 711 meets regularly for classes, hands-on activities and sailing adventures on our Columbia 43. All meetings are supervised by highly experienced, fully-trained adults.

Ship 711 meets Wednesdays at 7:00 pm for classes, or at 6:00 pm in summer to go sailing. Additional sailing and activities are scheduled most weekends. The ship is open to boys 14 to 20 years of age.
